Navigating COVID-19 for Your Community

As we shared last month here, AR Management continues to serve our clients despite the interruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. While our physical office locations are closed, we are still facilitating association business and tending to the needs of our residents and board members. Please know that you can contact us by phone or email at any time.

We are monitoring this constantly evolving situation and will continue to follow guidelines issued by the state and local officials. Non-essential work is on hold and scheduled projects are being handled case-by-case in accordance with state and local guidelines. Emergencies such as leaks are still being addressed on an as needed basis.

Some essential services will continue to be facilitated including landscaping, trash removal, janitorial services, etc. Please do not approach any workers at your property and abide by safe social distancing practices. We thank you for your cooperation.
