A&R Midstate Management and Alliance Property Management Become One

At AR Management, two teams have become one.

A&R Midstate Management and Alliance Property Management have formed a new alliance that brings together common values and shared goals. With this alliance, AR Management will utilize both firms’ knowledge and resources to bring our clients a deeper line of service while continuing our mutual tradition of excellent service and expertise.

Our leadership team is made up of Joseph Balzamo, Jr. and Karen Meehan, CMCA. Balzamo is an accountant and licensed contractor with nearly 25 years of experience within the property management industry and an extensive array of experience in construction management and financial solutions. Meehan began her career in property management in 1993 before opening A&R Midstate Management, LLC in 2004. She has a wealth of experience and is well versed in the intricacies of managing properties up to 600 units.

Since the foundational values of both companies are parallel, our clients can continue to expect genuine, quality management services. Our objective is to serve our clients with the highest degree of integrity, honesty, and professionalism. We’re committed to exceeding the expectations of our client’s Board of Directors and homeowners while maintaining the financial integrity of the Association.

What our clients can ultimately expect from this alliance is a higher level of service that will allow us to better meet the needs of each individual and unique association. As we move forward, we aim to foster association environments and community brands that homeowners are proud to call home.
