But when Joe stepped in, everything went smoothly. Previously, we spent tens of thousands of dollars on engineering and legal fees and still nothing was getting done. Within a very short time, all matters were resolved. Joe is involved in every aspect of our property and handles many of our emails personally. Unlike other companies that replace or substitute staff, Joes is always there to address our needs. Alliance has a representative stationed at our clubhouse three days a week to perform administrative work such as giving out pool badges, arranging appointments with homeowners and contractors, and scheduling events at the clubhouse. This benefits residents because they know someone is at the clubhouse three days a week and they can find someone who works for the association at that time.
